I’d like to know which are the quality e-commerce providers out there. I would like to choose one to set up an account for a non-profit professional organization for membership and seminar dues collection. Security and a good privacy notice are important.

As someone who use to work for the biggest credit card processor in the US and worked in their e-commerce department one of the best really is Yahoo samll business. Their set up is the easiest and their security is top notch. Their c/c processing goes through Paymentech Bank with is a very good bank usually with low processing fees.

You can also check with whoever your organization does it’s banking with now. Most banks now provide e-commerce processing or can point you to who they recommend.
