How much does a good e-commerce website cost to run per month?

I am about to get estimates from companies for developing an ecommerce website. Besides THEIR general costs, what are standard ecommerce monthly fees for (not including our administration of the site, etc.)…

1. Secure server hosting (i know this will vary a bit, a price range would be good)
2. Cost of credit card processing
3. Any other costs I may have?

Please let me know, so it will help me evaluate these people (and see if they are charging excessive fees)

    I just started an online store with bigcommerce and it costed me nothing to start – great hosting was included too. check out their free plan, im not sure how long it will last.
