I am looking for a good free shopping cart. I need a customized cart and e-commerce software is based on PHP/MYSQL Platform.

Try out http://www.zeuscart.com It’s open sources shopping carts software and it is licensed under free GPL. Beside all other features this software is based on PHP Smarty templates, this makes it very flexible, seo friendly and easy to modify. Hope this will help you.
