What’s a good shopping cart/ E-Commerce software solution for my web site?

I am starting a LLC and I need a good program to add to my web site and open my own store.
A web based program to display item,price,qty available. Publishing each item to the website one by one would be insane.

    PayPal is pretty easy and lets you start collecting not only PayPal but all major credit cards almost immediately. I wrote an article on this recently, in fact.
