    1. most people don’t have computers or internet.
    2. Businesses don’t have enough funds or expertise to implement e-commerce.
    3. People still have time to go out and shop for what they need.
    4. If you add shipping cost to every item purchased online, it might be cheaper to just to out and buy it in the local market.
    5. The use of credit cards etc might not be widespread enough for online transactions. Cash prevails.
